Clients that are 15-60 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a LATE FEE of $27.50.
Clients that are over 60 minutes late to their appointment OR clients that cancel their appointment less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a NO SHOW FEE of $50.
We require online appointments be scheduled 5 days in advance. . Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours from submission.

Once the request is approved you will receive confirmation. In the case your request is denied, someone will reach out within 48 hours to get you scheduled.
In the case we cannot schedule you for the time requested, please note in the comments section of the request if you are flexible on time. Your request is more likely to be approved if you are flexible on time.
